CrewLinQ presents an innovative 360-degree solution for outage management in the healthcare sector. With our digital platform, downtime can be managed efficiently and quickly internally or even across organisations, whether through pool management or leasing. The CrewLinQ app makes it possible to fill outages at lightning speed, which not only saves time and money, but also protects against the threat of bed closures and makes employees happier by making disruptive calls in their free time a thing of the past.

How would you explain your solution in three sentences to a professional colleague from the health sector?

"CrewLinQ offers an efficient, digital 360-degree solution for downtime management in the healthcare sector - whether internally, across facilities, with pool management or leasing.
With the CrewLinQ app, downtimes are filled at lightning speed. This not only saves time and money, but also protects against the threat of bed closures and makes employees happier. Annoying calls during free time to fill shifts are a thing of the past."

What problem motivated you to start the company?

"We have several friends and family members in the medical and nursing fields and have experienced the problems of the nursing crisis first-hand. After we witnessed the burnout of a friend from the care sector, we came up with the idea of CrewLinQ in 2021. She was called almost daily to see if she could fill in. With CrewLinQ, we want to prevent these calls, reduce the pressure on employees and enable them to cover for themselves."

How do you convince a pharmaceutical company, a health insurance company or another potential client to set up a pilot project with you?

"CrewLinQ offers the digital 360-degree solution for outage management in hospitals and nursing homes. We have now added further escalation levels to the product and can thus map the entire outage management process with the stages of pool management, internal inquiries to individual or all employees, inquiries to affiliated companies and inquiries to leasing companies. The key advantages of CrewLinQ are: You save time because there is no need to "call off" telephone lists. But of course you also save money because administrative and leasing costs are reduced and, in the best case, bed closures can also be prevented. But the most important argument for us is that we make our employees happier by allowing them to stand in for themselves and by providing them with undisturbed rest periods."

Who are your current customer (groups) and who do you want your potential customers to be?

"Our customers are hospitals and nursing homes in Germany. In principle, customers in the DACH region are also planned and possible in the coming months. 
On the other hand, we also have leasing companies in our network as customers, so that the fourth step, the inquiries to leasing companies, can also run entirely via our software."

Where do you see yourself in 3 years and how can 5-HT support you?

"We would like to be the pioneer for failure management in the healthcare sector in Germany. To do this, we need a lot of visibility and networking with clinics and nursing homes. We would be delighted if 5-HT could support us in this."

You took part in the WE CARE event in November 2023. What is your impression of the event and what have you gained from participating (so far)?

"The event was exquisitely organized with a very handpicked group of people and professionals. In fact, we have already found a new customer through the event. So we are looking forward to further networking."
