Head of Innovation Consulting Chemistry - Digitalization & Automation (m/f/d)

This is not a traditional consulting role.
It is an entrepreneurial sales and design role with real responsibility for results.

Your role – clearly sales-oriented...

- You will acquire industrial and SME customers, establish relationships at the decision-maker level, and develop them strategically.
- You will assume content-related, strategic, and operational responsibility for the expansion of innovation consulting.
- You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners—from initial contact to pilot projects
- You will inspire companies, technology partners, and startups to participate in joint projects with clear added value
- You will design and moderate high-quality formats (e.g., Innovators Club) that generate leads, trust, and projects
- You will further develop the service portfolio in a market-oriented manner

Who we are looking for...

- Several years of experience in business development, innovation, or technology consulting
- Strong at explaining, persuading, and closing complex deals
- Good understanding of chemistry, industrial processes, digitalization, and/or automation
- Enjoy responsibility, visibility, and pressure to deliver results
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you think in terms of opportunities, customers, and deals
- Confident in conversations with management and division heads
