With our own event for connecting companies and startups, the X-Linker, we want to drive innovation and strengthen the exchange in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for the food and nutrition industry.

Our next 5-HT X-Linker "FOOD & NUTRITION" will be held on November 7, 2024 in Heidelberg - Eberbach at GELITA and will focus on innovative solutions for alternative proteins/meat, personalized nutrition, nutraceuticals, biotics (pre-, pro-, post-) and AI for food.

The goal of this event is to present your startup solution to our ecosystem of global industry players and other interested parties. Prior to the day of the event (November 7), the selected startups will receive professional pitch training from us to be best prepared for their final presentation.

After their pitch to our global community, the selected startups will be brought together with each of our corporate partners (tba, see list below) in direct exchange formats.

5-HT X-linker stands for building crosslinks – between innovators solving the problems of our times. When bright minds come together, great things can happen.

Applications from startups from all around the globe are welcome. On the final day you’ll have the opportunity to establish contacts and explore cooperation opportunities.

Deadline for your startup application is: September 30, 2024

After reviewing your application (and maybe a quick videocall with you) the final selection of the startups will take place October 11, 2024. If selected, we will contact you individually with the following steps prior to the event.

  The program is designed specifically for startups with solutions for the Food & Nutrition industry who are looking for an individual intro to renowned industry corporates. The focus is on Alternative proteins/meat, Personalized Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Biotics (pre-, pro-, post-) and AI for Food.

• Preparation for startups only
  Individual date for pitch coaching (2 hours preparation each) plus technical dry-run

  The event is expected to be held in English.

• Our offer
  Participation in the event is free of charge (including food and drinks). Travel and accommodation costs must be paid by the participants themselves.

  Application Phase starts at May 29, 2024. As soon as the portal is open, please fill out the application form with all required information. Application Deadline for startups is September 30, 2024. After reviewing your application, you will receive feedback about your participation. The final selection of the startups will take place October 11, 2024.
