Digital Qualifier - Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society LUBS

Students in the Master's program in Business Informatics at HWG Ludwigshafen are once again working on practice-relevant tasks from startups in the course taught by Prof. Dr. Martin Selchert. The students work in teams on a design thinking challenge together with companies in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

This semester, the students will work on challenges from the following companies and startups:

• Camelot

• DG-Nexolution

• MVV Energie AG

• Münch Chemie

We are looking forward to exciting questions and wish the students a lot of fun and success in their work.

The students will apply the entire methodology of design thinking, an iterative-experimental and user-centered approach to creatively develop innovative solutions for non-trivial challenges. The result can be, for example, applications, processes, products or services, new forms of customer, employee or supplier interaction, knowledge management. Crucial to success is the user's perspective - which is why students work directly with business users. They are supported by a project sponsor from the respective company and Prof. Dr. Martin Selchert.

The feedback so far has shown that valuable results can be achieved for the companies, the students gain important experience and further contacts between companies and students are established.
