Rhineland-Palatinate Business Online Hackathon

From November 13 to 15, 2020, the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture's Online Hackathon of the Economy will take place. 300 participants and 5 challenges are expected.

With this online event, the ministry aims to promote young companies so that they can come through the Corona crisis stronger and raise awareness among SMEs of existing digitization issues.

In short, this is intended to create more resilience for the economy.

There are the following Challenges:

• Health Economy

• Smart Farming

• IoT (Internet of Things)

• Smart Mobility

• Craft

For each challenge, there will be concrete use cases that participants can work on.

Experienced mentors will support the implementation of the ideas.

The Challenge is looking for 300 participants from a wide range of business sectors. Participants will contribute their knowledge, experience and skills.

The award ceremony will take place on November 20, 2020.
