Launch of the Digital Hub Rhine-Neckar : Unlocking AI Potential for SMEs

Yesterday, during a symbolic check presentation ceremony with Baden-Württemberg’s Minister of Economic Affairs, Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, and Member of the State Parliament Christiane Staab, we were honored to receive the grant notification.

We are very much looking forward to shaping and advancing the project together with our other consortium partners—innoWerft and the City of Mannheim’s Economic Development Agency—as well as other dedicated associate partners.

Together, we aim to use the Digital Hub Rhein-Neckar to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with guidance and a central point of contact for the region’s diverse offerings in the areas of AI, IndustryTech, and cybersecurity.

No more long searches—just quick results.

The Digital Hub Rhein-Neckar thus opens up new avenues for SMEs to leverage digital innovations for their business models and processes. This allows companies to explore new technologies and develop concrete applications. Through AI-powered matching, the new Digital Hub also connects companies with suitable startups and solution providers, thereby generating valuable momentum for digital structural change in the region.

In addition to the innoWerft Walldorf GmbH startup center, the City of Mannheim and we, Digital Hub Rhein-Neckar GmbH, are participating in the project consortium. The Digital Hub will receive approximately 500,000 euros in funding over two years.
