Inspiration, exchange & new solutions: 5-HT X-Linker 2025 drives innovation in OHM

On May 21, 2025, Mainz was the hotspot for everyone who wants to rethink occupational health. The 5-HT X-Linker brought together cross-industry HR experts, health managers and innovators to shape the future of occupational health management (OHM) - with strong impulses, practical solutions and lively networking.
The focus was on innovative concepts for mental health & resilience, ergonomics & hybrid working, family and work as well as screening & diagnostics.
The event offered an inspiring mix of specialist presentations, best practices and interactive networking - all under the motto: “Taking healthy paths together”. After all, healthy employees are an essential key to sustainable corporate success.

Startup pitches
After the first two keynotes, these start-ups presented their innovative solutions on mental health & resilience, ergonomics & hybrid working, family and work, and screening & diagnostics: EVERSION Technologies, Hermaid, Mavie Gesundheit, medicalmotion GmbH, MINDZEIT, Onuava, PsyCurio.
Networking and exchange
The Marketplace later offered participants the opportunity to obtain information at the start-ups' exhibition stands and hold further discussions.
The subsequent networking dinner facilitated lively discussions between BGM innovators from well-known companies and the startup representatives.
The mixture of inspiration and implementation knowledge was very well received by the participants. Real solutions for everyday working life were presented here. The many questions after the presentations and pitches and the lively discussions afterwards reflected this.
Why this X-Linker was special
Because it showed: Healthy employees are not a cost factor, but the key to sustainable companies. With the right tools, an open error culture and smart prevention approaches, we can create working environments that strengthen people and companies alike.
