EIT Manufacturing as a new partner of 5-HT

We are happy to announce EIT Manufacturing as our new partner! Our common motivation is that the future viability of the production and manufacturing industry is secured.

By helping to find solutions for global challenges, the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT) strengthens the innovation capacity within Europe. In addition, entrepreneurial talent is encouraged to create sustainable growth as well as skilled jobs in Europe. The institute supports the development of dynamic partnerships all across the European Union – so-called EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities – between leading companies, research institutes and universities.

The main goal EIT Manufacturing has is to bring together European manufacturing industry representatives in innovation ecosystems to add value to their products, processes and services. Their aim is to make Europe's manufacturing technology competitive and sustainable at the same time. EIT Manufacturing is already associated with more than 60 organizations; 18 of these partners/members are managed by EIT Manufacturing Central gGmbH. The Co-location Center is based in Darmstadt.
