Welcome to the home of secure data - that's how Uwe Burre, Thomas Bach and Jens Mierswa welcomed us to PFALZKOM GmbH's DataCenter Rhein-Neckar. Stefan Kohl, Peter Kuhn and Corinna Herrmann from 5-HT were allowed to visit the powerful and secure data centre and see for themselves that the data there is as safe as in Fort Knox.

During today's visit of a delegation of representatives from the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture, Rhineland-Palatinate International, Department of Foreign Trade, Stefan Kohl and Peter Kuhn presented the 5-HT Digital Hub and talked about concrete cooperation opportunities with Israel, Vietnam and Asia & the Middle East. One focus was on networking in the area of digital health.

AlphaFold delivers breakthrough in protein structure prediction

Until now, scientists only knew the structures of a small fraction of the proteins in the human body, which are the basic building blocks of life. The artificial intelligence AlphaFold has recently changed that.
