Could you share a success story of Surprise AZ / AZ TechCelerator?
Athena Wireless was one of the first startup companies to locate at the AZ TechCelerator. During their time at the AZ TechCelerator they were the first Arizona company to be acquired by Google and represent the most successful exit from an Arizona incubator in history. During their time at the AZ TechCelerator, Athena Wireless was able to partner with the City of Surprise and demonstrate their technology at the Surprise City Hall campus, and we believe this support was important to their growth strategy. After the Google acquisition, Athena Wireless’s founder was instrumental in mentoring several other entrepreneurs and startups in the community.
What benefits do you expect from a partnership between Surprise AZ / AZ TechCelerator with 5-HT Digital Hub Chemistry & Health?
We are hopeful for the benefits of mutually supportive partnership that allows our businesses to explore growth opportunities while minimizing risk and confusion. The AZ TechCelerator offers non-US companies a home-away-from-home when they visit Arizona, meaning a US address to incorporate and send/accept correspondence, a place to work, host meetings, and a friendly network to ask questions and identify resources critical to growth opportunities. We hope our businesses find the same welcome in Germany with 5-HT!
